They are different languages "C#" and "Visual Basic .NET", so submitting the same code wouldn't compile I suppose. The fact that we're using the same compiler (Mono) doesn't mean they are the same languages.

i also get no point i submitted my code firstly in java then c#...after this when i submit this same puzzel in vb i get no score on scoreboard

The puzzle score is capped at 150% of the maximum points.
Are you previous submissions in other languages combined together already reaching the limit ?
